St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is seeking a highly motivated development/advancement professional to assist with executing a successful comprehensive campaign. The Campaign Manager will report to the Acting Director of Advancement and work closely with St. Andrew’s staff and volunteer leadership. With an opportunity for increasing responsibility and growth, post-campaign, this position will transition into a major gift and stewardship officer, focusing on strengthening St. Andrew’s relationships with major donors and prospects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in fundraising
Two years+ of Advancement/Development office experience
Working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge RE and NXT is highly preferred
Excellent relational, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to exercise tact and discretion in working with donors and prospect information
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of relevant fundraising principles, practices, and techniques
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced work environment
