Career Center

The successful candidate will teach up to four sections of Chemistry to Upper School students, including Chemistry for all 9th grade students and an Advanced Placement Chemistry elective for seniors.  In addition to teaching, responsibilities include advising students pursuing Chemistry-related independent study projects, attending regular department and grade-team meetings, working with students in individual or small-group tutorials as needed, and communicating proactively with parents and administrators about student progress.  Teachers may also be asked to take on additional duties, including serving as an advisor, club moderator, or study hall monitor.  The high school science sequence at St. Anselm’s includes Chemistry in grade 9, Physics in grade 10, AP Biology
