Bullis School seeks an experienced educator and collaborative leader to serve as the next Head of Lower School starting July 1, 2022. As a member of the schools Senior Leadership Team, they will report to the Head of School and be responsible for guiding all aspects of the Lower School division of approximately 25 faculty and staff members and 149 students in grades K-5. Requirements include Masters degree or higher in education or a related field, minimum of five years of teaching experience, focused on students in grades K through five, preferably in an independent school, minimum of three years in an academic leadership position and demonstrated success advancing an academic program and developing faculty.
