Friends Community School seeks part-time teachers for an after-school Learning Lab serving small groups of students in grades K-8. The Friends Community School Learning Lab is an innovative program of personalized instruction. Small-group sessions of 1-4 students focus on specific skills to address learning styles and gaps in skill development. Between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, groups meet for 1-2 sessions per week for 45 minutes each. Classes will include targeted skills in math, reading and comprehension, spelling, writing, and executive function. Flexible days/hours.
